Reflection
The BWS redesign project has allowed me to leverage my UX design skills after I finished my course in RMIT University. It was a significant challenge, but it revealed the compounding effect of years spent learning. I contributed to creating a more intuitive and engaging platform, demonstrating my proficiency in user-centric design principles and problem-solving. Overall, I hope the redesign has successfully elevated the app's usability and engagement, also make people’s life easier!
