About

The RMIT Library website is a portal for accessing research materials, managing loans, and finding academic support services

Research

Utilised autoethnographic research, I immersed myself in the user experience to uncover potential issues firsthand. This approach provided valuable insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, enabling a deeper understanding of the problems users may encounter and informing effective UX design solutions. Creating a user experience map helped identify potential issues users may encounter, informing targeted improvements for a better UX
