SUITS Travel is the world’s first corporate luxury travel booking platform, designed to elevate business travel by merging efficiency, personalization, and premium experiences.

MY ROLE

As a Content&Marketing Intern, I worked closely with the founding team to define and shape SUITS Travel’s digital presence from the ground up. My responsibilities included designing the website interface, developing the brand identity, and creating a media kit that reflected the company’s vision of corporate sophistication meets luxury travel.

PROJECT GOAL

The goal of this project was to establish a compelling online presence and a cohesive user experience that communicates trust, exclusivity, and convenience. I focused on creating an intuitive navigation flow, a visually refined aesthetic, and a brand language that resonates with the luxury corporate audience.

During my internship at SUITS Travel, I designed the company’s media kit and partnership introduction kit to communicate its brand story and value proposition to potential collaborators and investors. These materials showcased SUITS Travel’s premium identity through refined layouts, cohesive visual language, and clear messaging — ensuring consistency across digital and print touchpoints while reinforcing the brand’s positioning as a leader in luxury corporate travel.

DESIGN PROCESS

SUITS Travel shared a few reference websites to help me understand the style and experience they envisioned. Building on those ideas, I researched the corporate and luxury travel space to spot gaps and opportunities for differentiation. From there, I mapped out the site’s structure, and designed wireframes to ensure a smooth, intuitive experience. I then developed a refined visual identity — combining elegant typography, a modern color palette, and minimal iconography — and brought everything together through interactive prototypes and stakeholder feedback.

KEY LEARNING

Working on SUITS Travel was a defining experience that helped me understand what it takes to build a digital product from the ground up — from establishing the brand identity to crafting a seamless user experience.

Here are a few key takeaways from this project:

  • Balancing luxury with usability – Designing for a premium brand taught me how to combine elegance with functionality. Every interaction had to feel sophisticated yet effortless.

  • The value of collaboration – Working directly with founders and stakeholders sharpened my ability to translate business goals into user-centered design decisions.

  • Iterate, test, refine – Early prototypes and feedback loops were essential. I learned that good design isn’t about getting it perfect the first time — it’s about refining based on real insights.

  • Consistency builds trust – Creating the website and media kit in parallel emphasized the importance of cohesive visual language across digital and print touchpoints.
